7 thing(s) to say:
I've read 0 - and I thought I liked literary fiction!
I think the key may be that we don't belong to book clubs. :-)
Want to start one?? That could be fun. Well, except that we rarely read the same stuff. I guess that could be the point of the club--talking about the stuff that we read that the other people don't. We could have regular meetings. With cake!
How ironic that I just read post after post on AUTOCAT about cataloging cake. The mere thought of food--much less the smell of it, ew!--is making my stomach turn today. Coffee is evil, too. I should NOT be at work.
A book club with us two as members would be...interesting. [ahem]
WV for that comment, btw, was "catrero". :)
Yeah, we'd start out talking about actual book content for a few minutes but it would devolve quickly, I'm sure. As usual.
We could serve, um, saltines and 7Up? Or nothing at all?
Guess what I had for lunch: saltines and ginger ale. ...sigh
You convened the group without me?
Or, sorry I missed the group meeting!
